How We Do It
Built for floors that never get a quiet day
High-traffic commercial carpet does not just get dirty, it compacts. Soil grinds down into the base of the pile until the carpet looks flat and grey no matter how often it is vacuumed, and compacted soil does not answer to bonnet cleaning or encapsulation on their own.
Truck-mounted hot water extraction has the heat to release that soil and the vacuum to carry it out of the building rather than redistribute it across the floor. It restores the pile as well as the colour, which is what buys you another year or two before replacement comes onto the budget.
Nearly all of it lands in the first thirty feet inside your door, so that is where we concentrate. We walk the space with you first, agree what gets the heavy treatment, and quote on square footage and frequency rather than a flat room rate. This page is for a floor on a rotation. If it is one unit, once, before a walkthrough, that is move-out carpet cleaning and it is booked around your inspection date instead.

By square footage and frequency rather than by the room. We walk the space with you first and put the quote in writing, and the estimate is free either way.
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes, and it is how most of our commercial work is done. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all normal for us, so nobody loses a trading day.
How long before we can walk on it?
Typically 8 to 24 hours, and we schedule so the drying happens overnight. Tell us your opening time and we will work backward from it.
Do you work on a recurring schedule?
We do, and it is usually the better value. A standing rotation prices better per visit than one-off bookings and stops the carpet ever reaching the point where it needs rescuing.
What kinds of commercial spaces do you clean?
